An attorney in Sterling has been suspended, according to attorney regulation case summaries from the Supreme Court of Illinois. Theron William Burall, who was licensed in 2000, has been suspended for three years and until further order of the court and until he makes restitution to a client for fees she paid to a second attorney, the summary says.
