A British service station has been compared to something out of the hit apocalypse-based TV series The Last of Us, after grim toilets and bare-minimum facilities were found by drivers.
Disappointed customers have flocked to Google Reviews to slag off Moto Lancaster Northbound.
The place is a popular – and by popular we mean busy, not popular as in loved – service station, between Junction 32 and 33 on the M6 Northbound.

The services houses a Costa and Costa Express, M&S Food, Burger King, WH Smith, Krispy Kreme, Greggs and a West Cornwall Pasty Co stand, as well as claiming to have the usual amenities of toilets, showers, baby changing facilities and a dog walking area – but none of which has gone down well with the British public.

Overall it has a 3.6 out of five rating, and a ton of grim reviews.
One user wrote earlier this month: “Visited late evening, it's got what you need, but it was a bit like a scene from the Last of Us.

However, not everyone was disappointed, as one user pointed out the place has actually undergone significant changes in recent months.
The user, Jeremy Atkinson, wrote: “This is a grand looking services but the public doesn’t really get to see all that.

“These need modernising and creating into vibrant seating areas for people to sit, rest and spend more money.”
The company who owns the site, Moto, has responded to the negative reviews asking customers to email them with their comments so that they can “improve”.
